       故事：某次老同志聚会，一位女士在取烤肉时绊倒，摔了一跤，旁边的朋友建议找医护人员，但她很确定自己没事，只是穿了新鞋被砖块绊了一下罢了。在她还有点颤颤巍巍站立不稳的时候，她的同志们帮她清洗干净，又为她盛了一小盘食物，她就跟着大家一起享受接下来的时光了。

       聚会后，她的先生后来打电话通知大家，回家后因不舒服她被送到了医院，没想到傍晚六点就过世了，原因是她在烤肉聚餐的时候就中风了。当时，如果他们之中如果有人懂得辨识中风的症兆，她现在也许还能跟我们在一起。

       其实，中风是有先兆并可预防的，只是很多人不懂。

       某脑神经内科医师说，如果他能在三小时之内接触到中风患者，他就可以将中风的后果完全扭转过来。诀窍就是辨识诊断出中风的问题，并让病患在三小时之内接受医疗，而这并不是很难做到的。

       辨识中风，让我们记住 S、T、R 三步骤，请阅读并学习！

       有时候中风的症兆可能很难辨认，而有时不难。不幸的是，一但缺乏警觉就会带来灾难。身边的人辨认不出中风的征兆，中风患者就会严重脑伤。

       医生说，其实旁人只要问三个简单的问题，就可以辨识是否中风了：

       S：(smile)要求患者笑一下（若病人嘴向一边偏斜很可能中风了）。
        T：(talk)要求患者说一句简单的句子 （要有条理且有连贯性），例如：今天天气晴朗（若舌头僵硬说不清楚或不连贯提示中风了）。
       R：(raise)要求患者举起双手（若一支上抬无力提示中风了）。
       注意：另外一项中风症兆是：要求患者伸出舌头，如果舌头弯曲或偏向一边，那就是中风的征兆。

       上面四个动作，患者如果有任何一个动作做不来，就要立刻打120！并且要把症状描述给接线生。
